...I generally know computers inside and out but can make understanding them simple. I have taught geometry at several high schools and enjoy this part of the curriculum especially. This is because my graduate work was in mathematical logic (which fascinates me). Geometry is the first high school experience a student has with logic as an explicit part of mathematics. (read more)
When I talk to people about CARS, I often hear the same thing: “I’ve tried everything and my score won’t budge”.
But after we work together for a while, they do improve. That’s because I’ve painstakingly analyzed every CARS passage the AAMC has released and put together a strategy that WORKS. This is the same strategy I used to score a 132 in CARS and that I have taught to many students. (read more)
