Hi, I'm a Physics graduate from Middlebury College class of 2010 where I also tutored undergraduates in several entry level physics classes. I think the most important step in tutoring is to understand the student's learning style. While teachers of large classes don't have the luxury of tailoring their teaching style to each individual student, that is a tutor's responsibility.

...I taught Praxis I and II, (the Math part) for the last 6 years. As a High school math teacher at Fairfax public school, you have to be qualifying for Praxis II the math Subject test exam. Because I have PhD in Math and 2 years associate Degree in math education I didn't have to take it.
