James L. During my undergraduate, I was pretty lucky to have several opportunities to both teach and tutor. I was a statistics and economics double major. The statistics department at my undergraduate institution allowed those who received an ‘A’ in a particular class to grade students’ homework assignments for subsequent offerings of the class.

Dharshini S. ...I have found that, because of big class sizes, students are only taught one way of looking at material. And, if they struggle to understand it or if their teacher is not very good at explaining the matter then they are overlooked and the class moves on. Most classes tend to build on previously taught lessons.
