Pascal M. ...Once you get the fundamental principles and the basic math (i.e. simple algebra) squared away in your head, it's actually quite simple and incredibly repetitive. OK, I'll grant you that the nomenclature can be a pain, but it's the same as learning vocabulary in a foreign language. You can't start writing sentences until you have learned that vocabulary!

The best way I teach people to prepare for the MCAT is to start learning the material from the first day by understanding the exam itself, how it works and by learning the skills to multiple choice. The best way to learn is to review the materials periodically.
