I continued to tutor in college while I earned my B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering but it wasn't until I taught an undergraduate biology course while working on my PhD that I realized my true calling was teaching.

Ryan J. ...By being able to analyze stress testing utilizing differential equations I can predict the ways materials will react to tension and compression. In addition, I have also utilized numerical methods with differential equations in finance. One project where this was utilized was in creating a pricing algorithm for the Black-Scholes pricing model.
