Oliver S. ...My cancellation policy is 12 hours in advance so that I can rework my schedule in the event of a cancellation. But I understand that sometimes things come up that you can't control, so If you need to reschedule a session instead of doing a straight cancellation, I will allow a rescheduling request as late as 6 hours in advance. My other policy is a "leave on a positive note" policy.
