However I did not consider making music my career until 9th grade, when I learned that my school offered Music Theory. I took Music Theory I in 10th grade and immediately decided that I wanted to be a composer.

I have taken Advanced Placement Calculus in High School and took another calculus class in college simply because I enjoyed it so much. While in college I enjoyed tutoring elementary children in reading and math in addition to my peers in calculus and education courses.
