...I am very patient and believe in teaching by example. My general teaching strategy is the following: I generally cover the topic, then explain in detail, make the student do some problems or write depending on the subject, and finally I make them explain and teach the topic back to me. The following meeting, we review the topic once again to prove they mastered it.

I have a bachelors of science in mathematics as well as a masters of arts in special education. My training is focused on capitalizing on the student's success by assessing the student's strengths and weaknesses. I then apply multi-sensory techniques to help the student understand the material.

...I maybe new here but that doesn't mean that I am not qualified. In high School, I graduated in the top 5 percentile of my class, and I had already passed Calculus One and Two by then. Currently I am pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, and because of my success in high school, I am tackling even more advanced mathematics such as Differential Equations.
