...I also was a lead saxophonist for the Arts League of Michigan Jazz band and I was offered a gig to play at a local club back in my prime. I have since put down my instrument temporarily but I have taught students how to play and the basics of jazz. As a college athlete in track and field I have learned from some of the best fitness instructors how to keep my body in shape and healthy.
