...I have worked as a private tutor for 5 years in a variety of subjects. I am very patient and believe in teaching by example. My general teaching strategy is the following: I generally cover the topic, then explain in detail, make the student do some problems or write depending on the subject, and finally I make them explain and teach the topic back to me.

If you have a particular area of interest, I am very happy to integrate that when scouting for suitable reading material. Be aware, however, that there are definite benefits to be derived from using reading material that covers politics, the environment, history and sociology.
