...For instance, I do not casually say the word "polynomial" assuming that everybody knows what that word means. Instead, I explain it in a direct, short and down-to-Earth manner so that next time you hear it you know you are in control. My job is not to impress you, but to help you see the simplicity behind what most people perceive to be an impossible task.

...When helping students in trigonometry, I prefer to focus on how to derive the various identities rather than memorize. This helps take away some of the test anxiety and fear of forgetting. When helping prepare students for taking the SAT, I like to spend time discussing test taking strategies in addition to brushing up on math skills.

...There are 6 content areas: pre-algebra, elementary algebra, intermediate algebra, coordinate geometry, plane geometry, and trigonometry. I specialize in teaching all 6 of the categories involved in the ACT exam. I have used many software CAD packages including AutoCad, Pro/Engineer and Solidworks to design 2 dimensional and 3 Dimensional assemblies for the aerospace industry.
