Spenser R. ...Engaging them on such a level they enjoy and feel comfortable with is, in my opinion, a basic tenet of successful teaching. As a side note, I require at least two, 60 minute lessons with all my students. I find that having such a schedule is the most efficacious way for my students to improve subject understanding.
