I've worked as an Elementary Teacher for 15+ years now. I have an undergraduate degree from The University of Pittsburgh in English Literature and certified in Massachusetts for Elementary Teaching. I'm a passionate teacher who loves the learning process and loves seeing students reach their goals!

...My undergrad work was from WSC for psychology. I am currently a Montessori teacher where I help children start to read at age 3 1/2 and sometimes fluently (larger books, phonograms, etc.) by age 4 1/2 to 5. I have learned techniques working in the Montessori environment, going on 8 years now, that I can use with all ages.

I graduated from Worcester State in 2009 with a major in Natural Science and a minor in Secondary Education. After graduation I was very fortunate to get offered a job after my first interview with Dudley Middle School. I taught 8th grade science (which is a mix of all major sciences, Earth, Life, and Physical) there for two years and I loved it!
