I like to start off with the most basic of problems, gradually increasing the difficulty to understand where a student is having a disconnect with the work.

My ACT math score is in the 30s, and my SAT math score 750+ (I don't recall exact numbers). I have taken high level math courses that use basic skills learned in algebra, calculus, etc.

For the tests preparations I include special strategies that help to solve problems faster, dealing as well with test anxiety.
