Arinze N. ...I posit engaging questions, encourage research, and generally try to build rapport by switching roles and creating/nurturing genuine interest in the subject. It's the way that has worked for me, and I have enough confidence in it to want to share it with others. I don't mind the usage of supplemental materials (course books, worksheets) however.
