Shaun E. ...In short, I encourage learners to solve and interpret problems on a white/chalk board such that their work and thought process are entirely transparent. This approach nurtures two things: clear thinking and leadership- the chalk/marker is held by the learner, who is leading the discussion. In doing so, we exercise the simple ability of thinking.
