...I, myself, am a visual learner. If I don't see a math problem worked out step-by-step, it's hard for me to understand how to navigate from the question to the correct answer. My greatest strength, as a tutor, is that I'm able to relate to the student; I'm able to get down to their level and understand what it is they are not understanding.

...I have helped many friends of mine study for tests and do well on them. I teach by giving hints and asking more questions so the student will reach the answer on their own, therefore creating a way that they know how to solve a problem. I love teaching, especially when it is in subject matter I love, like Math and Science.I have taken AP Calculus during high school, getting a 5 on the exam.
