Andrew H. I have always wanted to be in the teaching profession, specifically with mathematics. Throughout high school and college the one thing that always interested me was math and therefore, I took the courses necessary and volunteered my time working with students and math. I graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics for Secondary Education.

James C. ...I would clearly state all the steps and explain them as I go. Then the student would do an example or two on their own to show how well they understand the concept. We would repeat the process until the student can complete multiple examples correctly on his/her own.
