Mary W. I find that tying real-world applications into mathematical concepts is of lasting use to students. With six papers written and presented at international conferences, and two of them re-written for non-math audiences, I have an excellent grasp of how to give folks the connections between concept and application. Madison M. ...I know how to help students beat the system whether they are intuitively good at math or not, because acing the SAT/PSAT/ACT has very little to do with math aptitude! I have always loved to read and learn new words. Luckily though the SAT/PSAT/ACT English section is about much more than memorizing lists of vocabulary – thank goodness!
