...My techniques of teaching or tutoring include working thoroughly with students, and explaining the basics of problem solving sometimes using real life examples. This is necessary so that my students are even able to take on complex problems applying the same simple basics to the problem. I make my students understand that the most complex math problems can be solved using the basics in Math.

...I have worked in the classroom as a substitute for math teachers but truly prefer the individual help I can offer as a tutor. I have tutored students who have always found math difficult and those who just need help getting through a tough spot because of a heavy course load or challenging math class. Most students meet with me twice weekly but sometimes once a week is enough.
