Youngkun W. ...I like setting goals for the student during a session so that the subject matter can be presented clearly and concisely. If they are struggling, it is key to find where the they have gaps in foundational knowledge and fill those gaps so that they can get back to their education. Working as a volunteer tutor in the K-12 system, algebra, at all levels, is the subject I work with the most.
