David F. Hi there. I have to admit even the summary of my resume won't fit in the two paragraphs that Wyzant is allowing. :-) So here's a very abbreviated verison. I received the Ph.D. in engineering from UCSD in 1992 and a B.S. degree in mathematical sciences (probability and statistics) from UCSB in 1985.
