...I've tutored a number of High School students in the various sciences and really enjoy working with students to help them master a new material. My motto is that if you don't enjoy a subject, it will be that much harder for you to learn. My goal is to help you as a student understand and enjoy the subject you're having difficulty with.

...Having Minored in Biology I would be an effective tutor in that subject also. Tutoring is much more rewarding than teaching because I can focus on the specific needs of the individual student, staying on an area, teaching multiple ways, until the student understands it well. Using a white board, I am able to speak the concept as I draw it, so the student can follow along.
