Yesenia C. ...My teaching methods stem from a year in Psychology AP. I learned that the most effective form of teaching, especially for the younger students, is positive reinforcement. This involves rewarding students for their accomplishments as opposed to punishment for their failures (which is negative reinforcement). If someone is struggling it is more effective to encourage than to punish them.
