John Y. ...Cross out answers you know are wrong and look for common roots in words. Assign positive or negative values to the blanks and ask yourself, is this unfamiliar word positive or negative? The nice thing about the SAT is that every answer must be clear, unarguable, and supported by evidence in the passage.
