The few experiences I did have, however, were very fulfilling, and I am now taking it upon myself to tutor even more. Ari H. ...Knowing the history of a word makes it a lot easier to remember how to spell the word. I can help with the phonics aspect of spelling, but I can also help students develop a meaningful relationship with each word. This makes it much easier to remember the spelling.
