William F. ...Working one on one with students reinforces learning, knowledge, and exposes me to the student's point of view. In classes teaches get students feedback with questions, homework, tests and by talking to their students. But with tutoring I can see the student's point of view, which maybe quite different than what the teacher perceives in class.
