Richard M. ...The tutor's job is to find where the student is having difficulties by identifying misconceptions and clarifying what is wrong, why it is wrong and how to correct it. The students that I have tutored usually make progress after several intensive tutoring sessions. Some choose to continue on a weekly basis while others prefer to be tutored when they hit the next bump in the road.
