...While I was in high school I took a variety of history and English classes as well, including AP English Language, AP World History, AP U.S. History, AP European History, 20th Century World History, Law and Society and economics. When I tutor, I use a textbook and my own notes on the subject to first introduce a concept and then work out problems.

...In Accounting at my first job I was given all the business reports to check for errors of spelling, grammar or numbers. Even though I have never tutored anyone officially I believe it is something that I do well at. Geology is a subject which I had only taken one class before (in college)and have become more interested in the last few years.

...I have seen students start talking about the difficulty of the subject right from elementary school, and unfortunately that impression gets stronger when they reach middle or high school. They just assume that mathematics is not for all students. However, I believe mathematics is for everyone!
