John Z. ...She was able to offer keen insights and tricks to solve problems on the test where time is so valuable. I will sometimes use a timer for a problem to get the student used to thinking quickly and clearly for the test. My sessions can be rigorous and intense but very rewarding.

I have primarily been a mathematics tutor, though once in a while I have done several sessions in English and/or literature. My Bachelor's degree is in Applied Mathematics, so I am comfortable with tutoring math up to the calculus level.
