Reka J. ...I present the subject matter with a lesson plan, and at the end of each lesson I review the relevant material by asking questions and giving quizzes on material learned in order to solidify understanding and foster critical thinking. This is not the only way, though. I am also very flexible in ways of tutoring as every student has his own ways of learning and different needs.
