I know my way around Windows (Vista and 7, mostly, but I can do XP as well), Office, Mathematica, Photoshop, and whatever else I find useful. I'm a prolific Googler, too, so if I don't have knowledge about something, I know exactly what to search for to get what I want quickly and efficiently.
