...With double specialties in both math and economics, econometrics is a favorite of mine. I took and aced econometrics at my local university in Texas, and then aced (1sts) three trimesters of econometrics at Cambridge through a junior year abroad program. Finally, for my thesis project I used econometric techniques to model the behavior of markets for replenishing resources.

...The second, is to start at the beginning and teach or re-teach all math topics of the SAT. I have structured a course that covers every, and I mean every, math topic there is in the SAT, and pride myself in explaining the subjects in such a way that any student will obtain a firm grasp of the concepts. The next step will be to teach the strategies and methods of "how" to take the SAT.

...Additionally, I have been working all year long to prepare students for the test. Every chapter test had a set of the questions similar to the questions from TAKS. Moreover, I have always done about one month review at the end of the school year to prepare students for the course.

...For trigonometry, I have made a 3 page formula sheet with all kinds of important info on it including the Pythagorean Theorem, half angle formulas, and the Unit Circle. During the tutoring, we look at homework problems, go over tests, and encourage them to make up their own problems as well. This past year (2012 to 2013) I have been in the Uteach program at UTA.
