John Y. ...It's not enough to be good at math (And if you aren't, don't worry. There's hope!). I have two degrees in mathematics and I can tell you that nothing I have learned in class since middle school is helpful on the SAT. I scored a perfect 800 on the official SAT Math section in high school because I specifically studied "SAT Math", which is a totally different animal.
